Book publication: Electronic Disclosure

Hardwicke are delighted to announce the publication of a new and important textbook covering the practical and procedural aspects of electronic disclosure “eDisclosure”. Electronic Disclosure Law & Practice is published by OUP. It is written by Michael Wheater and Charles Raffin of Hardwicke with contributions from others at Hardwicke (Jack Dillon and Emma Hynes) as well as Charles Thompson.

The most detailed work available on the law relating to eDisclosure, the book not only contains a comprehensive explanation of the terms used in eDisclosure but also guides practitioners through each step of the eDisclosure process, from the initial identification and preservation of information through to its presentation in court.

In her foreword, Lady Justice Gloster described the book as “a blueprint for the disclosure process” which “deserves to be widely read as a standard text on the subject”.
