Laying the Foundations: Change of use

Laying the Foundations: Change of use

03 Nov 2020, 10:00 - 10:30

Commercial landlords have been massively affected by the decreasing demand for commercial property as a result of the Covid-19 crisis.

Property owners and developers may be considering what they can do to create revenue from what may otherwise be empty properties.

On 3 November 2020 at 10am, John de Waal QC and Byroni Kleopa will consider how obtaining planning permission for change of use and relevant permitted development rights can aid those willing to consider diversifying the constitution of a building as a response to the pandemic and its affect on the market.

If you would like to join in, please indicate this by emailing: events@hardwicke.co.uk.

This free online seminar is part of Hardwicke’s J2J Laying the Foundations series which is aimed at junior property practitioners wishing to build up their knowledge of some of the issues that come up regularly in practice or more senior practitioners looking for a refresher.
